My wife and I
became aware of Jay after he sold two homes in our neighborhood, neither of

staging advice to bringing in an expert photographer & stager to ensure our
house was set up to show at its best, our house looked better than it had in
the 10 years we’d lived there. His comprehensive market assessment, personal
experience and vast knowledge of the local market also helped us target the
best selling price for our house. When we decided we were ready to go on market,
Jay flipped the switch and had the house listed that same day. We received three
offers on the house that first weekend; and when the first offer began to feel
like it was going to fall through, Jay proactively contacted the realtor of
another couple (and eventual buyers) that had made an offer to begin
negotiating with them.The house never went back on market.
We found Jay to be completely knowledgeable
about the entire selling (and buying) process, very responsive to our e-mails
and calls, and very easy to work with.
